CAA welcomes and congratulates Billy Nolen, recently appointed and Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration. As an experienced aviation safety professional, Acting Administrator Nolen is a former airline captain, and since January, the FAA’s Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety, where he has led a team of more than 7,600 employees who oversee all aspects of aviation safety. We look forward to continuing our close cooperation and collaboration with Captain Nolen as he leads the FAA in the coming weeks and months.
