The Cargo Airline Association (CAA), the leading advocacy organization for the air cargo industry, today announced Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (District) has joined the association as an Airport Associate Member, bringing its active membership ranks to fourteen. Since opening in 1962, the District has evolved into a highly recognized airport, moving up significantly in the rankings in the U.S. in international air freight volume by weight. The airport also handled a significant amount of international air freight during COVID.
